Mayor Daley is doing a great job in trying to get the City of Chicago to become more
environmentally friendly. With that the park will highlight green techniques.

| The plan is to place solar panels on two Pavilions that will flank the north ends of the park that are sponsored by Exellon. The Grant Park Music Festival map shows four pavilions, but I believe the two on the south end are elevators designed by Renzo Piano, but will also have solar panels on top of their roofs. |
